Pedro and Ricardo Rodriguez, two talented racing drivers, grow up in the bosom of a classic practicing Catholic family in Mexico in the sixties, where the real competition consists of winning the admiration, respect and affection of their parents, who in turn live under pressure from the overly critical Mexican society of the time. Faced with the incredible opportunity to race in Formula One for Enzo Ferrari, the patriarch of the family, decides that his youngest son should take advantage of the opportunity and travel to Italy, thus unleashing a rivalry between the brothers that puts them at great risk and finally causes the death of one of them.
